This contractor installed a concrete driveway for me. I had a signed contract with him and paid him all monies due. He never paid the concrete supplier. The concrete company was Commonwealth Concrete located in Hopewell, VA. Commonwealth Concrete filed a mechanics lien on my property without trying to collect from Elliott Concrete.

Elliott Concrete AKA Shad D. Elliott a contractor installed a concrete driveway for me. I had a signed contract with him and paid him all monies due. He never paid the concrete supplier. The concrete company was Commonwealth Concrete located in Hopewell, VA. Commonwealth Concrete filed a fradulant mechanics lien on my property without trying to collect from Elliott Concrete. Be carefull dealing with either of these crooks!
