I ordered 2 watches on November 12, 2018. They left their CHINESE facility on November 16. I recieved both around December 6th. On December 8 and on 7 later dates, I used the mail address provided to alert them to the fact that 1 was damaged, it’s crystal was cracked. I included photos of the damage. Despite the fact that their published Policy promises a reply in 72 hours (“and usually within 24 hours”), the only response has been a computer-generated, canned, template reply referring to extended delivery times. It had nothing whatsoever to do with my claim.
Over a month has passed and I have still recieved no reply to any of my 8 emails alerting them to the damage.
They obviously have interest in providing legitimate Customer Service.
Know this up front, Also know that their watches are available for a few dollars on other CHINESE websites. Don’t fall for theirsham offers
