I hired Elvira Guzman as a publicist in January and for $3,500 I got (2) red carpet events - both on the same night. When I asked for a refund, her assistant Chelsea Freeman said they did not provide refunds. They have no problem taking your money, and then not giving you anything in return.
I would not recommend Elvie G PR because, in my opinion, the CEO Elvira Guzman lacks character. When I told her I would be filling a complaint she told me to consider myself "blacklisted." I have that in writing.
Also, beware of their bait and switch contract tactics where they say everything is all included, but then try to force you to sign another contract where you agree to pay them 20% commission on anything they book you on. That happened to me too.
$3,500 was a lot of money to loose for 3 weeks worth of work for only (2) D-list events. I just want other people to know what happened to me and the negative experience that I had with them.
Their slogan is Hollywood's One Stop Shop, it should be Hollywood's Rip OFF Shop!
