I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my "Free 40 MG Ipod" after completing all six offers. After numerous e-mails to Customer Service or "Offerup", I received a reply saying they would "Get Back to Me"!! That is the last I have ever heard.

My status was finally changed today to reflect the fourth offer I took advantage of!! The very first two that I completed (BlockBuster & Stamps.com) are still not showing clicked on or completed.

I have spent countless hours checking on status and am sick of waiting for the "Gift" which will never show up. I will file a complaint with the N.C. Attorney General's office. I do not want to turn off my filters to receive more spam from other scam companies like emarketsurvey.

I apparently hit send before I was finished. I would highly recommend that everyone blast the BBB with their complaints. That seemed to be the only avenue that worked!!! I have a direct phone number for Jillian 561-997-6484, ext. 158. She was very nice and obviously is just doing her job, despite the unethical practices of her Employer. Good Luck to all!!

I was contacted by Jillian from EMarket Research Group yesterday to let me know that my Ipod was mailed out on Friday. They were giving me the benefit of the doubt, despite not showing that I had completed my obligation to Blockbuster & Stamps.com. She gave me the Fed EX tracking number and it was delivered today. I wasn't home but the driver brought it back within 30 minutes. It was sealed and wrapped so appears to be new. It will take me awhile to figure out how to use it but will enjoy for our long Holiday road trip. I

I RESPONDED DIRECTLY TO THIS E-MAIL BY HITTING REPLY. I WAS TRYING TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DEPT. THAT THE TWO SPONSORS ON THE FIRST PAGE HAD BEEN COMPLETED. THESE WERE TWO OF THE VERY FIRST, THAT I HAD FINISHED. I HAVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL FROM STAMPS.COM THAT HAD TO BE SENT TO ME FOR THE 2ND TIME. I ALSO HAVE COMPLETED THE TWO WEEK TRIAL WITH BLOCKBUSTER AND RETURNED THE DVD'S. THS IS SIMPLY A MATTER OF NOT WANTING TO HOLD UP YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN. RESPONDING WITH THESE INACURACIES SIMPLY POSTPONES ANY OBLIGATION BY YOU AND THE COMPANY AND IT'S OWNER/OWNERS. I GUESS IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY IPOD, I WILL HAVE LEARNED AN INVALUABLE LESSON, THAT ANYONE CAN BE GUILTY OF BEING GULLIBLE AND TOO TRUSTING.

Today I received another update re: my complaint with the BBB. I also received the following response from customer support at EMarketResearch Group. When I attempted to reply to this and supply the information that they wanted, my e-mail was bounced back. My status on the redemption page still shows that I have only completed 4 of six sponsors. Then the next paragraph says that I have clicked on but not completed those four. It is totally ludicrous and I have now been at this for 8 weeks!! I decided that enough was enough and I filed a report with the BBB of S.E. Florida last week. I received a response from them today and they have contacted the company. EMarket Research has 14 days to tell "Their side of the Story". I cannot wait to hear their response!! If everyone does the same thing this bunch of thieves won't know what hit them. I am willing to go to the Mat on this one and would definitely take part in a Class Action Suit against them.
