EMC MORTGAGE COMPANY ripoff trying to foreclose and asking for back pay when already been paid Irving Texas
My parents refinaced their home in 1995 with UC Lending Corp. well uc lending filed bankruptcy and my parents loan was supposely been sold to emc mortgage. when they refinanced with uc lending, they refinaced 38,000.00, and today emc says their over $7,000.00 in arrearages of monthly payments, they still owe $48,000.00 (thats $10,000.00 higher than they refinanced in 1995), says they haven't paid since october 2003, and have filed foreclosure papers.
Yes, I have three attorneys who are willing and ready to fight for all people who been having problems with emc. we are in the process this month(july 2004) to file a class action lawsuit aginst this company. we are also trying to contact other individuals, so watch your papers, and talk shows, we are going to expose this company and it little drop box. also i am one of the attorney and before they get the house i'll pay to have it bull dozed down. my parents have been living in their house since 1963, and i refused to stand back and watch this company unfold their property like this. keep your complaints coming and make sure you let us know where you live, what area so we can contact your paper. we having to pay for these ads, cause no reporters feels its that important as of it, but when it blows up and we blow emc doors open, watch how they want to publish the articles.
