First off, you are entitled to an itemized statement of everything you owe if they claim you owe it. I would not give them a penny. I have read several reports on this company, in fact, it seems like one out of every five rip off reports is this company and most of the time it is the same story -- acct sold to emerge, no statements issued, account became deliquent, cannot get ahold of anybody. I think maybe we should start collecting complaints and get a class action lawsuit started. Obviously this company thinks they are above the law and we need to remind them they are not. Start off by filing a report on this site and on every complaint site, contact attorney general, news stations, and even the BBB -- but do not rely on the BBB for anything -- just do that to have a complaint registered with them and try to get them an unsatisfactory rating. Do not back down and do not Pay them.
