EMERGE MASTERCARD PHONE HARASSEMENT AT THE WORKPLACE COLUMBUS Georgia
This company is harassing me at the workplace by calling me every other day. I've told them I'm not allowed to receive these kinds of calls and they continue anyway.
They have tried to get me to give my checking account number or send a advance check for payment.
However, I refuse.
I'm one month late and my next payment isn't due until Oct. 13, 2003. I already told them they would receive there money before then, but there still trying to get me to give them my checking account.
This company is in violation of the The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
And something should be done to close them down, immediately.
