Emotions-N-Motions Handmade Jewelery Ordered product and after 7 months haven't recieved any of it. Will not give a refund. Always gives the run around when I ask about the items I have purchased Gastonia North Carolina
I have known this person for a short while. I have ordered 2 dog collars right around Thanksgiving/Christmas. I was told the tracking information had been to sent my email. I have never recieved anything about it. I waited a week and asked how my collars were doing she said she was still working on one and one had been shipped and in about a week the second one would be shipped. I waited about 2 weeks and didn't recieve either collar. I asked again about my collars she said oh they should be there Monday. Monday came and still nothing. I waited another week and still nothing. Christmas and New years came and went still no collars. I hadn't asked for about a month. When I asked what was going on with my collars she said she would check on them. I waited a couple days and asked about my collars again. She said she was to busy to check on my collars and give her til the end of the day. I asked and she said they had been sent to the wrong zip code. She said she had called and had them rerouted from where they were to come to me. After about 2 weeks I got one collar. Now almost 2 monts later my other collar has still not been recieved. It has been almost 7 or 8 months that this has been going on. I am not the only person she has done this to. You can look at her business facebook page and see all the people that have had issues with her. Please don't let this happen to any one else. I will never order from her again.

Now that its posted on here about how this lady runs her business she threatened to sue me for defamation if I didn't take the previous report down. I won't until I get my other collar which she says will be here by the end of the weeke. I sure hope so. I'm tired of the run around. I am sorry that it had to come to this. I wish she wouldn't be like this. I know she's better than that.
