I placed an order with this company and was billed right away. Once the order did not ship in the 3-5 days as stated, I cancelled the order via phone 4 times. One day a box shows up to my door. I call to request a return label I'm told it takes 5 business days. It's been 21 days and I have called for a return label two times. This morning a charge to my bank account shows up for an item I do not have and a small box that I do have that I have requested to send back on several occassions. I called again this morning and was hung up on by a service rep. I am going to report this company to my BBB as well as to you guys. They steal from people. They do not understand the meaning of no I don't want your items and don't have anyone that can assist you with your issue at the point of contact but they want all of your personal information each time you call.
