I was given a WONDER STEAMER as seen on TV as a present.
The steamer was used according to instructions included in the box it came in
This product started to leak. The instructions were read again to see if there were any steps missing. It continued to leak, and not only that but the water/steam got to the hand holding the material I was steaming and it burned me. When I went to place it down it burned me again. --Obviously the water is very hot and it turns into steam.
This product does not have a proper seal when the handle is fully closed. The water leaks into the place where the two metal prongs are connected to the power cord which makes it extremely dangerous. -- a person can be electrocuted or it could also start a fire. This product should not be out for the general public or anyone to use.
Very unsuccsessful I tried to contact the company through the internet. All I wanted was a replacement, or a refund. --when I decided to give it one more time and use it again, not only did I burn my self again but I ruined my Giorgio Armani suit. Well yes, I am extremely upset. I used this product because there were no time to send my Armani to the cleaners. I had a death in the family and this happened the day of the funeral.
I would like this company to be investigated. I want this company to take this product of the market. I do not want any more people to go through what I just experienced.
