Encante Skin Serum and Eye Cream I ordered the eye cream and the skin cream free trial (my checking account was charged $5.95 twice, once for each product. The 14 day trial period is from the day the order is placed. When I didn't get an order confirmation I became concerned. I have no way of identifying myself other than my name and email address to cancel. Once you receive the product there is little time to cancel. Again, my account was charged on Santa Ana California

Encante Skin Serum and Eye Cream: Free 14 day trial starts when you order the product. They immediately charged my checking account on 11/16/15, but the product doesn't arrive until your trial period is half over. There is no order confirmation, the "receipt" is not a receipt so much as it is a typed out note saying what you are receiving. No order number or any information that you can use to identify yourself when cancelling any further product. I emailed and called. Person working for the answering service couldn't find my order so I couldn't cancel. Sent an email to cancel both products. Haven't heard back. They advertise 24/7 help. This is so shady and downright crooked.
