I was online and a pop up appeared for encante eye cream trial at 5.95. I tried to ordered it but it took me to another site for skin serum. I couldn't get out without ordering that also for 5.95. It was rather strange I did not get a confirmation number or any info on when my shipment would arrive. I received both in the same box and again very odd no other information or receipt in the box. There was no return information. I had no way of getting in touch with the company.
I tried the product. It caused my skin to turn red and burned a little. However it was a free trial. No big deal. On Dec 18, I saw I was charged 98.71 for the face serum (which I didn't want ) and another 99.01 for the eye cream. I immediately called thecompany. The number was on my checking account statement. I insisted on a full refund the rep got me to a supervisor. She claimed it was a legal contract. I said I would send it back. She claims there are no refunds. I advised her I would go to Better Business Bureau. I accepted 75% back. I want full restitution of my money.
I than had to call another number for the other amount. The rep who answered the phone was quite rude. I requested 5 times for a supervisor. She ignored me, canceled my future orders an told me to hold for a supervisor. It took 35 minutes for a supervisor to tell me in America you have the right to run your business anyway you want. He than said he would refund me 50%. I accepted that but I would like full restitution.
The funny thing is neither supervisor asked me about the product itself and why I didn't like it. The website does state 100% satisfaction guarantee. I think it was obvious I wasn't satisfied. I expect full restitution.
