Iwill start buy saying Art Araiza jr is a Real piece of Work DO NOT USE HIM ..... What he will do is make your phones ring when he wants money he will come to your office blow smoke up your a*s .... tell you that he is doing what you need ... He has all his friends and people he knows call your business to be able to make his quota he even posts bogus ads on Craiglist .... this guy is a fraud DO NOT USE HIS BUSINESS.... The man will make treats to you when you question him he is an ex GANG BANGER I trusted him to build my business and he did the opposite when i asked him For proof what did he do is make one excuse after another THAT IS BULLSHIT if you are a business owner RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.... when you decide you are done after spending upwards of 21grand for all the domain name he will tell you to go stick it in your *ss that he want a ridiculous amount of money..
See what Art does is take your money he will go spend it on his bills and not produce I can prove all of this i was told he does not even know how to run a business buy someone we both know i don`t think he even pays taxes what he will do is get themoney from you pay his bills give you one excuse after another .. when he signs up another client with his bullshit then he will spend a few bucks on making your phone ring... First of all, I'm not a former gang banger, and we delivered over 200 calls per month for 6 months, sorry I wish I knew that many people but I don't so it is impossible to have that many different numbers contact you. I'm not the one with a criminal record Mr. Josef Yuras, you are. You are upset because you want something I have always owned, and unfortunately you have to pay for that domain name sir. Nice try, but I have customer testimonials from actual paying clients, video testimonials from happy customers, I'm sorry your company is hard to please, as they say it is hard to please everyone.
I can't help it that the website in question ranks on the 1st page of Google for Phoenix Plumbing because of my Phoenix SEO skills. Obviously, one must be good at SEO in order to achieve such a page rank, so please feel free to Google Phoenix Plumbing and you will find www.plumbingacphoenix.com on the first page thanks to my optimization skills, by the way it is for sale at $4500 if any Phoenix Plumbers are interested in buying that domain name with 500 consistent visits each month.
By the way this was posted before I even knew there was an issue.
