Editor’s Comment: 03/01/2018-. Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better. In this instance, there has been court action regarding this subject Report. We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike. Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation. However, we want our users to be aware that sometimes courts enter orders based upon default which typically means that the defendant didn’t show up. Sometimes a defendant won’t show up because they didn’t even get notice of the case proceedings in the first place and other times defendants may not show up because they don’t necessarily have the knowledge and/or the financial resources to fight. Still, in other instances, a defendant may simply appear only to stipulate (settle) the case by agreeing to stipulate to a court order because they are being bullied by the plaintiff and whether what they said was true or not, they just want the matter to go away so they can move on with life and make the plaintiff go away. Again, we make no representations about this particular court order situation. We are simply providing you with additional information so that you may be more informed and, coupled with any additional research you feel is necessary, may make your own informed decision regarding the validity of this Report. As always, we encourage our readers to do their homework and not just rely on one single source for information. I worked for Engajer for 6 months. During this time I watched as Michael received large deposits from his fathers company as an "investment". I worked for a measely 1000.00 a month thinking this start up would be the next big thing. Unbeknowst to me, Engajer has been a "start-up" for 5 years. I did not receive my final paycheck. nor did I receive proper notice. Michael Castellano also urged the accountant of the company to "cook the books" to make their financial standing seem better than it was to investors and others alike. Michael Castellano received 1.5 million dollars in funding which he used to go on lavish "business meetings" to Hawaii and florida multiple times a month with his girlfriend. This is not how business should be run. Beware of this fraud.

I would like to kindly rebut this report.
First of all, Engajer is a profitable very high tech company with very quality software and lots of customers. Many, many customers.
The individual here is a disgruntled employee who is upset because he never got a promotion to Senior VP of Video Interaction.
As well, I never went to Hawaii on behalf of engajer. I went to Hawaii for my yoga retreat, and just by coiincidence the yoga teacher ended up using engajer to promote her yoga class. Subsequent to that, our engajer for yoga practitioners has grown by over 30%. I'ts big, and going to get bigger.
All of the investors who invested in engajer new the risks of investing in very high tech. complicated, 3rd generation video software that does things nobody has done before.
I think that pretty much ties that up.

The report that I wrote was untrue; I am sorry for writing it. I am trying to take down the post, but RipOffReport will not let me. They want thousands of dollars to "Arbitrate" the matter; that is the real Rip Off.
