Got into Accident 1 month ago and took the car to Camelback Toyota Collision Center. The accident was caused by the other party so their insurance was supposed to cover everything. Enterprise gave the contract and did not explained anything to me. So they added insurance to my rental contract without informing me. Coverage that I didn't need since I had collision coverage on my own insurance. After returning the Car I was charged $405.00 dls. because of the insurance that I never neede. After arguing with them they said they explained everything to me and that I signed for it. Which I did but without them explaining anyting and giving the contract to sign in a small ipad. I can see all they care about is money. I wasn't supposed to pay anything out of my pocket and instead ended up paying more than 400 for a car that I didn't even pick myself. One suggestion is don't rent cars from this location.

Here's what you're wailing about..,YOU rented this car. When presented with the contract, YOU failed to read said contract before YOU signed it and obligating YOURSELF to its Terms and Conditions which YOU had no idea of, because YOU didn't even read it! You then come here to cry, whine, wail and stomp your feet...as well as...blame them because YOU didn't use a thimble full of COMMON SENSE! They don't need to explain anything to you. You appeared to be an adult and therefore capable of reading. Anybody with half a brain READS what they are agreeing to BEFORE they agree to it! How very basic is THAT? Don't bother saying it because I'll tell you ahead of time, I don't work for them!
