Rented vehicle from local branch of Enterprise.Pointed out obviuos damage to agent (branch manager) and was assured it was not of the magnitude to note. Upon returning vehicle same person now said it would be necessary to file a claim against my insurance company(and did the paperwork to do so in front of me) for what was previously described as not noteworthy. Agent insisted damage was not there when rented and I should have purchased full coverage. I was not happy and repeatedly questioned agent to no avail. They gave me a ride home in same vehicle and upon cleaning my belongings from it discoverd previous rental contract with damage clearly noted. This contract was written by a different person which happened to be the one that drove me home. I was assured Enterprise would call me within the hour to clear this up but that did not happen. Doesn't look good.
