enterprise canoga park branch u know the Enterprise gig "if u pick us we will pick u up" naaa don't belive in that, canoga park , California
on sat, 3/24/12 i rent a car on line and i choose Enterprise , cuz they advertise is "if u pick us we pick u" i called one of the list , i call them to ask to pick me up, the guy said that they are very busy so he suggested that i will come to them cuz they close at noon on sat, i needed a care so i understand, and i came to their branch, the rent was until mon, noon, on mon, i came 11am and return the car, when i asked to drop me home the manager claim he will not do that cuz i am too far, (i live 7 minut from the branch) when i ask why u advertise u will pick the costumer and drop them? he said Enterprise is run every branch by privet owner. and this branch own by his family and they will not drop me cuz it is too fare, when i asked why u did not tell me that when i called on sat? he said who did u talk to? i did not remember who talk to me , if i knew i need to write down i would do that, finely i saw he will not drop me i left, took a taxi paide another $20. don't rent from ENTERPRISE they are not a good co.
