We fully support all customers and provide toll free support, and full training. In this case, we did a favor for a company, allowed him to split the setup fee into 2 payments. Unfortunately the customer never paid the second half of the setup fee, or ever paid a single monthly payment. We assisted him with setup, provided 6.5 hours of training (rather than the usual 4) plus additional help. When a customer does not pay, we stop performing support for them until the account is brought into good standing. We have established a number excellent relationships with our supplier partners and provide ongoing and growing services to support their customers. JS eStoreware Inc.
