I placed an internet order through RxServices on 8/10/2007 for $36.49. I was to allow 7- 10 days for order to ship. My checking account was debited $36.49 on 8/14/2007.
This RxServices does not provide a customer service number to call to check on the status of an order; only an email address is provided for this purpose. This email address is

I emailed
[email protected] on 8/20/2007 providing both my invoice number, order number, and my email address, inquiring where my order was, since my account had already been debited, through ValueNet.
As of 8/25/2007 I have not received a reply. I have once again sent yet another email to
[email protected], today, 8/25/2007. For reference, I again included my order number,invoice number, email address; as well as my phone number.
I also made it clear that I will take legal action against this company and will take the matter to Governor of the State of Oregon , Department of Consumer Affairs, and all other concerned parties. They have stolen my money.
