During my last week worked in the field with Evans, I traveled 320 miles in one day. This was on my own expense with $3.00 / gal. for gas.

I feel sorry for all the employees of Evans Glass trying to earn a living and support their families. There are over 300+ employees with Evans Glass. Some of them have been there for years. Many sales reps have been for years as well. If they were not getting paid there commissions due to them do you think they would still be working here. It is so easy for someone to put the blame on someone else for not succeeding at a company. Its sad really. Its to bad one or two bad apples are trying to ruin it for 300+ employees that depend on Evans Glass to support their families. I read these letters posted from ex-employees and it saddens me. Evans Glass helps hundreds of customers solve there energy needs with window replacements every month. Yet you rarely see a complaint from a customer about paying to much or the windows were installed poorly. These are the real complaints you should be looking for. You will hardly ever see them because Evans glass does good work at a fair price. Evans glass takes care of there customers and there employees. For every negative comment made About Evans Glass on this website I can probably get 80 positive responses from current employees of the company. So for all the ex-employees who did not make a career at Evans Glass. I truly am sorry It did not work out for you. I wish you the best of luck at the next company you work for.
