I had Everything Quality Construction paint the exterior of my home. Matt Rufo, the owner did such a poor job that a professional that saw the finished product was "horrified"! No prep work, no priming and he painted on the metal window frames and masonry. It will cost me more to fix his "quality" work than the $5360 I paid him. When asked to do the work to my satisfaction he thought I was "insulting" him. When asked to view the project with me and detail what he had done I received no response. It will be a pleasure to take Mr. Rufo to court and wipe the court room floor with him.
