Eviction Assistant Shaun Chamberlin So Called Legal Services A Total Ripoff Hoitville California
ALL LANDLORDS BEWARE OF THIS RIPOFF!!!!!!! I am in total agreement with other posted negative reviews regarding Eviction-Assistant.com. Shaun Chamberlin was a very believable person for his legal services at first. As time went by and with his own legal problems he told me about he did nothing. He did not follow through with getting the Writ of Possession and execution of said Writ by the Sheriff.
After many calls to him, he finally called back and said he will refund the unused prepaid Sheriff fee by 6pm that night. After no money was refunded, I called back and emailed him. A month later, he returned my call and said he will refund our money by the weekend. Obviously, you can guess the ending, again, no money. And now, no call backs or return emails.
