Evonne you claim you are reputable, yet all you do in your reply to the original complaint against you is pat yourself on the back and claim this "contract" protects you and your company from all responsibility which is not true. Any contract also requires *YOU* to fulfil your part of the bargain and it sounds like you didn't in this case. The original complaint indicates they went through all the right channels to try to get ahold of you. Instead of patting yourself on the back, why don't you answer the following: 1. Why does the purchaser of this bulldog not have her paperwork yet? 2. Why did they have such a difficult time contacting you (repeated emails and phone calls) and you never alerted them to the fact that you moved? Any professional business would not make such a long-winded reply patting themselves on the back and claiming they have *no* responsibility for anything based on the fact there was a contract involved. If you were a legitimate breeder, you would have kindly responded to the original complaint explaining why there was no response to emails and phone calls and where the paperwork is on the dog! Sounds like a rather shady business in my opinion! I wish you good luck on getting this solved Tesa!

Here at Diamond Acres Kennel, We have Never~ kept any information or New phone number from any of our Clients!! We have been Reputabel Breeders for over 14 years, & try our Very~ best to Satisfy all~ of our Customers!! ALL~ of our Puppies come with a One Year Health Guarantee Contract, that is a Legally Binding Contract in the State of Texas! So if You visit our Web site at Diamond Acres Kennel, You will Not only find Our Legally Binding Contract, that ALL~ of our Buyers Sign. But also an "About Us" Page, "Satisified Customers" Page, Disclaimer, & our Health Guarantee for ALL~ to see!! So You see, it would be impossible for Us to Scam any~one, since this is a legally binding Contract!! The Only~ time a person would not receive Registraion Papers, is if someone paid only~ for "Limited" Registration paprs, which We do give a $100 discount for this. We have always~ provided registration papers at all~ times! We are not Only Personal Breeders, but We also import from Europe in order to bring in New Champions, & to better & improve the breed!! If this Woman Contact Us for papers, than she would have received them within 5 months, as this is what Our Contract states that it takes!! But so far, I have not found her Signed Contract in our records. It is also Our Regulations that ALL~ Buyers MUST~ return Our legally Binding Contract, with Her Signature, & a Signature from her Vet to prove the puppy is in perfect health when she receives it, and We should have also received a Report from her Vet, which of course We NEVER~ have received either!!! So PLEASE~ Ask for Proof from people that try to give Lame reports!! Because We sure have'nt~ seen any Reports or a Signed Contract from this person at all!! Please feel free to Contact Us, or Visit our Kennel at any~~ given time, so You can see for yourself that We ARE~ the Reputable Breeders that We claim to be for over 14 years of Business!! Thanks Again!! Evopnne & Gary Denney @ Diamond Acres Kennel
