Exclusives Sales I was assured that several people were interested in my property and that they would sell it for their cost of $595.00. I called several times and was told that they had purchase contracts pending and where waiting for the banks approval. I was never called with any confirmed buyers. My contract was signed on 8/8/10. On 8/8/10 I signed a contract agreement with Exclusives Sales to sell my timeshare. The cost of this agreement was
$595.00. The contract did not expire and was good until the property was sold.
I made several calls checking on the progress of my property and was always told that they had several
interested buyers and their purchase agreements were waiting for the banks approval.
The approvals were always denied. I never did receive any calls from them the only communication I
received was when I called them.
Now I am trying to check on the progress of any sales for my property and am advised that their is no
Exclusive Sales.
I really hope that someone can help me and all the other, that were scammed, to get our money back.
