I ordered a digital camera (Canon SD950IS) from Expecam.com. Two days later, I received an e-mail to call them regarding my order. When I called, a sales associate explained that the camera that I ordered did not include anything except the camera - no cables, no battery, and no charger. I explained that the Expecam description stated that the camera was brand new and factory fresh, came with a battery, charger, and 32MB SD card. This is how every other seller on the world wide web sells the camera - for similar prices. The sales person hung up on me.

Go to the link yourself and check. They have increased the price of the camera but the description is the same - see the features tab. "Powered by NB-5L lithium-ion battery (battery and charger included); stores images on SD or MMC memory cards (32MB MMC memory card included)". Here is the link to the item that I wanted to purchase

Also note that there is NO way to contact this seller after you place your order. The only e-mail available (the one that they tell you to write to with questions) does not work and e-mails are returned with a "failure notice". Last if you read the policies on the web site (I wish I did before Iordered), it sounds like they use your e-mail address for advertising.

Do not buy from Expecam.com unless you do not want anything except a camera with no battery and no way to charge it and no way to download photos. Expect poor service and no way to follow-up on your order.
