Express Consolidation RIP OFF FRAUDULENT!!! Delray Beach Florida
This company has proven to be very fraudulent. I sent my monthly payment to them on time, but they failed to pay my creditors on a monthly basis. I started to get late notices and additional fees added to my balances. After weeks of calling, I was able to reach a customer service rep at Express Consolidation, only to be told, "not to worry, disregaurd the late notices". I advised was concerned about this reflecting bad on my credit report. Again Express Consolidation advised if in the event a negative report was added to my credit report, it would be removed, since they were partners with Equifax. How untrue this was!!!
I finally got out of the program only to be worse off. I have two negative marks on my credit, namely, numerous lates on one creditor and a charge-off on another, which will remain for 7 years! I may be unable to purchase my first home due to this nightmare.
I tried to help myself, only to be taken advantage of and penalized by this company. They should be out of business do to the harm they cause others!
