Expressvitals.com I emailed them to check on my birth certificate order and according to this person Robert S. I was sent 5 emails telling me what to do next. I checked my inbox and there were no such emails. He then told me to check my spam/junk folder and I did that. There were no emails there either. I then cancelled the order but apparently I can't according to their stupid rules! So now I have a charge on my credit card which I can't clear. Internet
I ordered a birth certificate from them on September 10, 2017. They said that the estimated delivery date was September 21, 2017. It never arrived. So I emailed them to ask why it hadn't arrived. According to the guy I emailed they had sent 5 emails to my email address. I checked my inbox-nothing was there. They told me to check my junk/spam mail-nothing! I cancelled the order but they won't cancel because according to their rules the order can't be cancelled. So now I'm out 111. 00 dollars and no birth certificate.
