Extra Space Storage Organized Crime Syndicate Dallas Texas
Don't do business with these crooks! Extra Space employees stole personal belongings out of my unit while I was out of the country. Apparently they gained access by removing an adjacent metal wall to my unit before or after business hours. I even saw one of the knucklehead employees wearing a rare handmade piece of jewelry once owned by my deceased husband.
I attempted to contact their corporate offices in Salt Lake City, but they would not respond to my calls, letters, or emails. The local police did an investigation and questioned the employees. They have responded to this same location several times in the past for the same reason. I know the police suspect the employees involvement, but they do not have enough evidence to prove it yet.
If Extra Space Storage did not know what type of employees they have at this location, they know now. It appears they just don't care. These folks are running an organized crime syndicate. Store at your own risk!!!
