All of us were so glad that Dean P. Tailor came to work here. When this operation was started, we didn’t know what we were doing and simply put all of the complaints in a draw. It was only when Dean Tailor came and started a system of dealing with the issues, did the problems start to be resolved. Dean P. Tailor was a brilliant lawyer and was very good at helping me and my staff manage the daily operations and soon we even had a new department which was running very smoothly. This was much better than the first two years before Dean P. Tailor came to work here. Without Dean, we would have been left to fend for ourselves and could not have managed.

It’s interesting to read these posts about Aaron Gershfield and his many exploits. Having worked with Aaron for over a decade, I do know that he runs a very dictatorial regime in which nothing happens without his say so. Yes, there are others who have worked with him at various times and for various purposes, but ultimately, they could only do (or not do) whatever Aaron wanted (or didn’t want) done. So I find it remarkable that people on this site are blaming former employees for the actions of Aaron Gershfield. In my experience, these folks were doing the best they could in sometimes appalling conditions. Equally appalling is Aaron’s attempt to slander and punish former employees for his own sins. If Aaron actually paid his suppliers, we wouldn’t come here and write on sites like this as a warning to others. As a supplier to several Gershfield companies, I was owed many thousands of pounds and was given the run around by some people. Yet others, who I shall not name for fear of reprisal against them, were extremely forthright and honest about the situation. Some of these, who have now left the employ of the Gershfields, have subsequently been able to come clean about the entire process. Of course these are the very people that Aaron will now persecute because that’s what he does. Whatever your feelings about Aaron and his companies, the blame for his company’s actions lies squarely with the man himself. The people around him were and still are powerless to direct or control the outcome of any dispute or demand for payment. We got a judgment against Meade Investments, but then Aaron liquidated that company and vanished. To others out there I would be very wary of doing business with Aaron or Ivor Gershfield or their right hand man Ian Harries. Anyone else mentioned has no real power and it’s my understanding they’ve all left and moved on with their lives and careers, rightly distancing themselves from any association with this horrible man and his companies. Good luck to them I say.

Having been occupied with other matters, a response to this thread has only now been possible. To those who have posted flagrant lies, be advised that the police have been investigating not only these and similar web postings, but also the malicious and threatening tactics conducted beyond the web for some time now. These actions have not gone unnoticed by the authorities and further action will be taken at the appropriate time.

Aaron's other partner in crime is the equallt illegal coke snorting Ian Harries.

The difference between the scam you pulled with City & Westminster is then you all kept it tight A/ Gershfield -Ivor Gershfield - Greystoke and yourself there was no internet and no electronic downloads from company house so paper trails were hard to follow.

Now it is all out there at the touch of a button and your big mistake this time was with Cash Today and the other nine pay day loan scam companies and now with Eyercare and Bodycare too many people all know bits and pieces like a jigsaw but you know jigsaws can be put together, by the fraud squad and hey presto you have the whole picture, this is what happens when thieves fall out and ex employees get really pissed off they talk they complain and very soon you have a band of people exchanging information.

Did you ad Aaron actually think you could go on scamming people indefinately well if you did you live in a fools paradise you have been tracked from Hardcomp (Archford Computers 1991 ) to( Dynamite Services 2010) and every scrap of gathered information handed over to the appropriate agencies.

So I hope that boney a*s of yours is well covered as is Yogesh and Co we all know who they are so you better ensure they wont crack under pressure ( they will ) and show where all the bodies are buried.

Oh one other thing tell redsunshine1968 that the posts defending Meade are not working we know exactly who the plant it is and they might find a picture posted of the wall of coffee & tease if they even dare eat in that filthy excuse for a coffee shop. You and Aaron Gershfield have ruined the lives of countless people, you have stolen money from bank accounts and still trying to get bank details from people in this country with these trailers but time is running out Mr Harries and you will be stopped , charged , and punished.

My boss has told me as a reward for all my hard work tracking you people is that on the day they nab you all I can do a happy dance through the mess you call a reception and then force feed Loretta to eat all the out of date frozen food you keep in the broken fridges in the coffee shop.

The real Dean Tailor!!! Pritesh Natverlal Tailor (Dean Taylor) had married an innocent Indian girl only to defraud her and ruin her life. Even the wedding expenses was not paid by Dean (Mr Pritesh Natverlal Tailor), Dean along with his parents, with an intention to cheat misrepresented the facts and played fraud on this innocent Indian girl. Pritesh Natverlal Tailor had confessed that he is homosexual and cannot consummate the marriage. Another ex employee, Naomi Boyden (nee Thompson) never in fact worked for WBE. She worked for a Meade Investments subsidiary and worked on Payday and all sorts of other projects including Eyecare. For a short while, she worked on one of the campaigns that was being run FOR WBE who were clients of Meade. In fact, WBE was not even formed until January 31st 2008!!!!! So it would have been very hard to work for them 4 months before they were formed!!!! Oh dear!

There is not anything legitimate about Eyecare International including the name itself as theres nothing international about this company. Its a completely misleading designation imposed by Gershfield himself to make things out to be larger than they are, much like his tiny 2 inch p***s. In fact, Eyecare International is just the failed company Optical 21 re-branded.  

Gershfield doesnt care about health or peoples safety, the contempt and cavalier disregard he shows with his own employees health and safety (inadequate training, poor equipment, lack of PPE) makes this abundantly clear.  Eyecare, like all of his other businesses is about money, plain and simple.

Aaron Gershfield is very much the puppet master pulling the strings behind Eyecare international and all the other illegal ventures. The fact that he may not be a director is irrelevant. In fact, hes probably not a director because he was struck off from being a director. Now THATS a fact!

The scam, for those who are uninitiated, is as follows. Marketing Guru Gottlieb is sent to schmooze Blue Chip clients into allowing the dangerous trailers manned with untrained cleaning staff masquerading as health care professionals onto their premises.  If the companies employees dont sign up for the free tests, a head office bimbo (e.g., Tara) is sent down to drum up sales (yes, these are very much sales).  Once the Tardis again, a seriously stupid name for the box on wheels arrives at the site (assuming it gets there and doesnt a) break down, b) overturn on the motorway, c) get impounded by the Police, or d) all of the above), the poor employees are herded though like cattle. Each one is then given the hard sell for ridiculously overpriced spectacles using the phenomenally poor quality illegally marked Chinese frames.  Theres another bimbo on site to tell the suckers they look really good in these atrocious frames. Then the employee is made to hand over their bank details and walk away having purchased something they dont need or want without any idea of what theyve spent.

The thing is, most of these sales are transacted illegally as no paperwork is provided to the customer, the terms of the credit are not stated, and theres no mandatory cooling off period. And even where a customer tries to cancel an order, the lab will just ignore it and send the badly made frames regardless. Now heres where the real fun starts. The customer will be paying for these items forever as Eyecare unscrupulously debits the customers bank account for 10 per month for 5 years. And the people dont even realise theyve been had. Any customers that dont pay are referred to Zorro Law which is the most illegal law firm in the world where uberbitch Stephanie Kleyman, aided and abetted by sidekick Mariam Sharifrazi will badger the customers until theyve coughed up all the money, and then some in collection charges . . . yep, talk about customer satisfaction.  What a joke!

And thats the scam. Its the same one Gershfield practiced in the USA. Looking at the FTC lawsuit, thats what got him into trouble, failing to provide any terms for the transaction and then repeatedly making illegal debits from peoples bank accounts even after theyd repaid thousands of dollars for a $200 loan.  Makes you wonder what planet Gershfield is from? Once the American money dried up, Gershfield thought hed try his luck in the UK. But guess what, the authorities are on to you! Eyecares days are numbered. The trailers are dangerous, illegal and uninsured.  The staff cant even clean toilets properly let alone test eyesight. With Sandeep in charge, the lab is a joke and is one step away from going up in smoke. The post sales service is the worst of any company EVER, and Ive worked at some s**t companies. Oh, and Gershfields about to be arrested for fraud and tax evasion so good luck with all that!

I'd be interested to know how Matt came by his "information" and why he thinks it's true.  I have reason to believe that it is not.  I can see no legal connection between Meade and Eyecare.  Why does Matt think they are one and the same - is it just because they appear to trade in the same place? 

It also seems that Matt (if that is his real name) says in the first article that he was a customer, but then seems to be saying in the first update that he was an employee.   So which was he?

I phoned Eyecare and they say that Aaron Gershfield doesn't work there, and I've checked with the Official Receiver and they say they have no record of an Aaron Gershfield having been made bankrupt once, let alone twice.  So that makes me wonder if all the rest of what has been said is true.  Is Matt really just a disgruntled ex employee who got fired and is trying to get his own back in a cowardly way?

The Ripoff website is a great idea for letting people know the truth about people and companies, but it's horrifying that people should be using it to spread lies about others.  If Matt cannot justify what he has said, he should hang his head in shame and apologise.

Just to name a few. They all have the common ownership traced back through various offshore dummy corporations to Aaron Gershfield, even though he was struck off from being a director.

Do not, under any circumstances, pay any money to any company with these, or similar sounding names. They are all illegal, not licensed to do business in any US state or anyplace else worldwide and pay no taxes anywhere.

All of the companies are based out of 1379 High Road, Whetstone, North London, England N20 9LP though they will deny the existance or their involvement in the illegal activity of these companies. They pay illegal immigrants pennies and until recently, ran a call centre from this address (which has now moved to the Dominican Republic) so they can continue their illegal activites unchecked.

They also illegally run a car servicing business from Northway House and store all kinds of tyres and oils and other chemicals very very dangerously. For example, they store drums of fuel and other flammable checmicals near were they weld metal out in the open.

Also, there are strange fumes and discharges going into the water drains. Things like lead based industrial chemicals and medical waste are routinely poured into the groundwater supply. I have seen this happen, but they do not care because to have it properly treated costs money.

Of particular interest to people should be the lens manufacturing plant in the basement from which much of the chemical discharge is produced.

There is also a medical lab in the building which has no proper air and poor discharge outside of the windows, causing leakage and contamination to the property. Again, all the discharge (blood and other toxic developing chemicals) is routed into the drains.

They dont store or dispose of printing chemicals and inks correctly and illegally dispose of glass filled light tubes in landfills. The staff are made to work in appalling conditions with used chemicals strewn all over.

There is also a manufacturing plant in Colindale which goes under the name of Flexible Mobility. They move hazardous material around and try to hide it there also, though no records are kept and they eventually dump things like asbestos in skips.

Yes, Aaron Gershfield is not only a thief, but a coward. When the authorities came looking for him a few weeks back, he fled the country leaving his wife, child, and pregnant mistress to face the music. You want to see the face of evil?  Here it is!

I think we can all agree that Gershfield ruins everything he touches! The extent of the carnage is surprising, coming as it does from a bankrupt, university dropout!

I'm sure there are hundreds of other people out there who have been defrauded by his intricate web of deceit which is slowly crumbling around him.

To clarify, the name of the company is Eyecare International Limited, a corporation registered in the UK, registration number 05902436.

The entire operation is run out of 1379 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 9LP in the UK which is where Aaron Gershfield's office is based. The registered address of Eyecare is Hallswelle House, Hallswelle Road, London NW9 0DH, though this is just a company agent.

The lens manufacturing lab is located in the basement of the Northway House address and spews out many toxic fumes and staff work there in appalling conditions, without proper ventilation or protection and no safety training.  All the equipment is second hand and does not work properly. The manager Sandeep is a complete idiot who puts profit before quality and safety.

The frames are all made in China but illegally marked made in the UK, and will fall apart and lenses are dangerously fitted by cleaners and other people with no training. No orders are ever sent out on time and the customer service is atrocious.

I know these things as I used to work in customer services and had to explain to thousands of people on a weekly basis why their orders were wrong, or arrived broken, or why they were overcharged, which was the number one complaint I dealt with.

I really feel sorry for the people locked away in the basement who are forced to work in these conditions by the greedy Aaron Gershfield. I hope they find jobs elsewhere and leave as I did. He should be made to work 24 hours, seven days like he makes his "slaves" work, instead of driving around in his BMW and luxuriating at his Hampstead mansion or Spanish villa.
