EZ Rent a Car EZ Car Rental SCAM Artists Ft Lauderdale Florida
EZ Car Rental Company gave me a car with bad steering at highway speeds. In general every car I looked at had some kind of problem at this ripoff car rental agency. I drove it to my destination knowing they had an office there where I could turn the car in. They told me I had to take it back, a subtantial return drive. They then said it was my problem because I had driven the car so far. I explained the situation several times to different people but to no avail. They just want to bilk people and tried to charge me for it. I refused to pay it and have no interest in doing ANY business with this company again. I rented from this company thru a major travel website which I have discontinued using as well. The tragic thing is I travel a great deal and have never had such a scam from a car company as this, they really need to rethink customer service if they are to become a real car rental company.
