last month I ordered leggings for myself and as a gift for some friends--as soon i received them I tried them on, they were a bit loose but very sheer and flimsy--you could see my underwear!!!! that day i emailed the company and she said "well everyone loves my legggins" but to return.
only yesterday (3 weeks later) I get an email with a gift card. I emailed her as there is no phone number on her website and she said they were not "defective" so I can have a gift card--why would i want a gift card if I have already told you the quality of your product is unacceptable???
She started making snide insinuations that perhaps I should have sized up so my underwear wouldnt show" really-a business owner attempting to shame her customers? I went on BBB and there are so many complaints aganst her and she has an "F" rating. wow.
so I realize she is not going to budge so I decide Illuse the gift card since she is not refnding me and I make an order--my Momey is being held hostage so what else can i do??? a few minutes later my order is "cancelled" due to "stocking issue" and now she willl not respond to me and I do not know what to do?? She wont refund me and the gift ard doesnt work. This is TRULY unbeleivable and I am at a loss.

I did contact several times and was publicly shamed on facebook and was spoken very rudely to by the owner. if this is true I should have received my refund. customer service does not exist in this company unless you want to kiss up to the owner on facebook. Very sad that its come to this.
