Fairbanks Capital Corporation runaround ripoff Salt Lake City Utah
my home loan was sold to fairbanks capital corp. i never recieved a payment book so i made my jan. payment to my original loan holder, which i never had a problem with. fairbanks sent me a letter in feb. with a address in phoenix az. to send my payment to.
i sent a cashiers check by overnight us mail. on march 4 i get a 7am call from some thug who says he is collecting a debt.
i ask him what debt he says what debts do you have and how much. he then says i am three months late on my house payment. i told him there is no way i just sent a check. i couldn't take this rude punk anymore so i hang up and call customer service.
i explained i paid my original loan holder in jan. and offered to fax a copy of cashiers check and overnight reciept. the l
ady says my payments are supposed to go ta louiville ky. and she does not know anything about any payments sent to phoenix.
thi place is nothing but a runaround ripoff.
