This report was just brought to my attention today and I felt it very important to respond though the report was written in 2006. Again I had no idea that this report exsisted online otherwise I would have rebutted earlier. This customer was refunded thier money as soon has we determined that the parts were not available any longer. We take full responsibility that we were not able to fullfill thier need, but there are times when these things occur. I am sorry that we have lost a customer, especially one that gave us such a raving comment in the past. This was and is posted on our site in earlier. "You "guys" are great ! I could not believe the fast service ! Also you actually have PRODUCTS IN STOCK, NOT EXCUSES ! I'm just a "little" CCTV guy in the High Desert, but if this last order is any indication of your service level...well, I now have a new vendor !! My compliments ! (and thank you all too...)
