I canceled my Walmart Family mobile plan in January. It is now March and I have not had the service for over 2 months. In January when I closed out my account they said that I owe $46. I paid that balance at a Walmart store. Then in the mail a few months later they keep saying I still owe the $46 that I already paid. when the customer service department is called all I can get is either a computer or a foreign person that is insufficient in English. No one will talk to me because I don't remember some four digit pin that I supposedly used to create my account years ago. When I go to a walmart store they play dumb and when you call they won't talk to you!
