I bought a 4TB hard drive from them used it for year put it away cause I bought a new home the computer I used it on quit working sabado new Dell with windows 10 can get it to be recognized on the windows 10 computer can't find a driver to update to get it to work These people sell junk product I spent $400 on a 4TB paperweight
