Fast Cash Pauline Hayes Fancy Promises...No Delivery Deerfield Beach Florida
I was left a voice message on my cell phone stating that my application had been approved. I didn't do anything wtih that for a few weeks. I replayed the message and decided to follow up on it.
I was told I had been approved for a certain amount but that I had to put 10% of that approved loan amount on a Moneypak card as a good faith gesture to show my ability to repay. They said that due to privacy laws they weren't allowed to verify anything with people's checking accounts.
I scraped together the last amount of money I had to my name to put on the Moneypak card and was told that the loan amount plus the funds from the Moneypak card would be deposited into my account within two hours.
That time kept getting extended. Then they had to do some verification. Then the time was extended more. Then they came up with how I could put up an additional 10% of the loan amount or a 50% settlement amount of some unpaid unsecured debt from my credit report, and then I would get my loan.
I told them that I didn't even have enough money left to buy a postage stamp. I said that I wasn't in a position to choose either option. If that was the case, I stated that they should just refund my original funds from the Moneypak card. I was told by Hugh Foster, who supposedly was verifying information, that if the loan didn't go, then I was out my initial money.
After getting off the phone with him, and crying myself into a state of depression, I took one last shot and called Pauline back. I explained everything to her. She said she would check into it and see what she could do and to give her until 9am the following morning. I gave her until 9:30am, and then starting calling relentlessly. No one is answering the calls, and I have not heard a word from anyone.
So, now I get to go another week and a half with no money until my next payday, and now an overdrawn checking account accumulating overdraft fees from the bank due to their empty promises.
