My husband and I were trying to find a house in our area in Indiana. We tried several conventional loans but due to past credit problems we got caught in the meltdown of subprime. I found this company on the web and thought it was a god send. Little did I know it was from the exact opposite direction. Joe Pascua and his menions are the most heartless, egotistical, self centered people I have ever had the misfortune to run across. We gave our money to them in good faith. By the time we finally found a house and I say WE FOUND the house and the realtor we had tried three separate times to purchase a home. It was on disaster after another. When we called we would get the ol I'm sorrry Joe is in a meeting, or I will give him your message as soon as he gets back. This went on for over 15 months. Finally we demanded our money back and got told to bad. Then we started screaming foul play and threatened lawyer involvment. Finally we got a "investor" I really feel sorry for them too as they got taken to the cleaners as well. We got bamboozled flim flammed or what ever other term describes a royal fleecing. After the contracts were signed we found out that FCCI does NOT report your house payments to the credit company as it says it does in the brochure , they also do not help rebuild your credit like they say in the brochure. They send you a packet you can easily find on the internet showing methods of rebuilding your credit. not only did they screw us over on the credit reporting issue. Our house payment was only to be around $1100 at closing. When we got the papers from FCCI and Mr. Pascua it jumped to $1580 a month. I am now working two jobs avg. around 74 hours a week. It would be nice to have time to enjoy my new house but because we got tatooed with a HUGE payment I have to work constantly. We got told if we walk away from the house we will get sued for breach of contract. So in my mind I have bought into modern day slavery with myself being the slave. So beware all who do business with this company. Its pure evil.
