I have been fighting a battle with this company to no avail. It is good to know that I am not the only person that has been caught in this web of deception. My account was closed last year and like one person who wrote in, I am being billed late charges and finance fee's for account that is know longer active. I owe them a small balance of $300. I wrote them and tole them that I would pay my balance but not these ridiculous charges. My balance including charges is $1800. Another bank that is notorious for this behavior is First Premiere Bank.
