I continue to pay my bill...always early...but FCNB is holding my payments until they are late, and assessing a $35 late fee. I sent out a certified letter yesterday with my complaint. I can't reach them via phone, because they no longer answer, it is all automated....
FCNB has a new website which can be accessed at www.cardmemberservices.net. This site allows you to view statements and make payments online. Hope this info helps!
