Since almost all FedEx shipments are flown to their destinations, they all go through a staging area in the airport where federal drug sniffing dogs are used. So either they are disguising the scent very well (and you can't use coffee anymore because dogs are trained for that as well), lucky, or are being watched and a case is being built on them with the many packages being tracked. An investigation doesn't take one package, usually they will take over a year. Besides, if you have such great proof, why dont' you just walk into the local police department and file charges against the person shipping it?

The Feds or local cops can't start kicking down doors and ripping open people's mail just because you said there are drugs there. Thankfully our country has a formidable constitution and bill of rights that protects us all from the authorities. Unfortunatly, these rights also protect drug dealers that get kids hooked on blow, but that's the way it goes. So, the autorities might be conducting an investigation that can give them enough probable cause to get a judge to sign a search warrant which, hopefully, would turn up enough evidence to arrest those involved and get these people off the streets and away from our children. Let the process run its course, remember water runs downhill and these people will eventually get busted.

Building a solid case takes time, sometimes years. You can thank the ACLU for this. I know you'd like to see instant results, as would I. I'd give the DEA agent in your area a heads up on the situation, just in case some cops are involved in protecting the dealer.

Call one of those investigative newspeople from your local news channels, and give them the info. Put it all in writing and FAX it to every news station, radio station, and law enforcement agency you can find. Do it!!
