the company has 24/7 merchant support, you are charged a fee that you don't think that you should have been charged take it up with the support. Call 877- Federated (333-3728) and they will take care of it. You think they want unhappy customers? Check their BBB rating. 20k customers and 11 complaints in 3 years? Yeah lots of deceipt going on....lol.

I have to add that the customer service rep that I had the most dealings with was Donna Winfield I cannot even begin to tell you how rude, condiscending, arrogant,argumentative and sarcastic she has been. In my opionion she has no business being in customer service. It is funny how wonderful they are when they first obtain your business and how they turn on you later.
