We gave them $2000 over the phone with the understanding that they would set up a time the next day to deliver the vehicle. We had the rate and terms of the bank already. I called the next day and got the run around and then the next and then the next and then again the next day. Finally on Friday I called to get my money back. The owner refused because my husband had to call so he did and still got nothing. I called back and the owner kept telling me my husband had to call and I told him he did and got nowhere. He asked me if I was stupid and if there was something wrong with me because I called a few times. I told him no I just want my money back and he then asked me if I was deaf because he told me my husband had to call. I called Monday and thought I was getting somewhere but then Patty didn't call back and nobody would let me speak to her when I called back, I had to speak with Bob. Tuesday I spoke with Bob and he said he would issue the credit that day. Today, Wednesday, I called to see if they did that and Patty said no because I had to speak with Bob.

Therefore, Bob did nothing again. I don't like the fact that they are keeping my money and the fact that he belittled me. They have poor customer service skills and they seem like con artists to me. I just wanted my money back, I did not sign anything and I recieved nothing from them. I was also told that I was in the wrong for using my husbands credit cards even if he gave me permission to use them. But, if I am wrong aren't they wrong for not asking to speak with my husband before they took the credit card numbers and before they checked his credit? They knew I was not him! Are they seriously that desperate for money?!?!?!

I have bought three cars from Fenway Autopark. Each time they were wonderful I was shocked to see a ripp off report on them. I have only had good experiences with them. The prices have always been fair and financing terms have been favorable I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I am actually going there today to buy a fourth car for my son.Because the last car I bought broke down and they fixed it in one day at no charge to me.Happy shopping,JOSH

The customer Stacy and her husband both have a history of bad credit. We worked with her for two weeks just trying to get all her personal income documents in order for financing purposes. After 14 days of phone calls, just to get a few documents, no bank wanted to give them a loan. I finally got them an in-house loan after four weeks of bank refusals. Stacy was excited that she would be getting her new truck. We prepared the truck for delivery. Stacy did not show up. When we telephoned her she said that her husband wasn't feeling good. We then set up another delivery date, same thing no phone call and no show. I called and explained to them that it was a lot of work getting them a loan, and that they should take advantage of the oppertunity. It would help them re-establish their credit. I told them that if they are serious about buying this truck, then I need a two thousand dollar deposit to hold the vehicle for them. After two months of conversations and 30 phone calls, she put two thousand on her credit card. We set up a third delivery date. No telephone call and no show again. We contacted Stacy and she asked us to deliver the truck to her in Maine, a 6 hour drive. We do deliver cars to customers, but first they need to come to the store to sign all the contracts. She refused to come in. Now we are on our third month of getting jerked around. Finally she told us the truth. Her husband and she both did not have jobs. and her Husband was mentally ill and was not taking his medication. That is exactly what she said after 90 days of aggrivation. We gave her back her deposit. Please be sorry for me and my company, Fenway Auto Park. Fenway Auto Park is a family owned and operated buisness. We have sold over ten thousand cars with only three complaint. This being one of them. Thank you, Bob Kalil owner, Fenway Auto Park
