pushes the lease option on all there new drivers, I was lucky one who refused to take a lease option. FFe school is a joke, there insturcutors are a joke, they tried to make me change my cdl over to there address (1806 mony st , fort woth , texas)(and illegal) which everyone one of the students did cause they where like deer in your headlights and believed everyword that the instructors said. I myself already had my cdl , but was out of work for a couple of years due to a illness in my family in which I had to take care of, so I had to recertify with there school, lol they wanted me to start out at .29 cents a mile, (i have my cdl) same as newbies, train on road for 6 weeks with trainer, the school sucked, they didn't provide meals, clothing material for plastic lined beds (this is the old Lisa motors yard & bunk house)., they brought you to walmart in a van 2x's a week (packed in like sardines) had 1/2 hr of shopping, had to put your food in community refrigerator ( hope no one stells ya food), up to 5 people in your room( woman get to stay in hotel) classes ar 7 am till 6pm seven days aweek , and is over in 16 days( now do they expect newbies to be able to handle OTR?), and sign a 1 yr agreement that you can't quit or you owe them money? lol at that point when i heard that I said thanks but no thanks and left. So if you want to get screwed over work for FFE if you don't want to stay clear of them!

If you disagree with Amy in Safety, FFE has an independent appeal board that reviews case if the driver appeals.

It appears that trucking is not for you, but don't worry, you will NEVER get another trucking job with a major company. Have you ever heard of DAC?
If you moved that truck even an inch after being terminated, you engaged in GRAND THEFT. Not to mention truck abandonment for taking the truck to your home without authorization and FFE having to come get it.
It appears that you are a rookie who really should not be out there on your own anyway.
3 accidents and 2 tickets all in just a few months? Are you kidding me???
HOW could you even think, much less say that you are a "safe driver"??
Safe as compared to what? A kamikazi pilot?
FYI..The safe and legal operation of that commercial vehicle is 100% driver responsibility. By law. That was the purpose of the CDL program.
Dispatchers cannot force you to do anything, although many of them think they can. You always have the LEGAL right to just say no to an illegal dispatch. Challenge it politely, and document the conversation.
Do us all a favor, and find another line of work!

This Driver ( So-Called ) has very little training in trucking (Rookie) and he "Leased" a truck for $750.00 per week. This was his 1st mistake. He had 3 PREVENTABLE ACCIDENTS that cost FFE almost $30,000 and constant crying about not getting miles when he started crying about where he got dispatched. I' am a company driver getting ready to Lease my own truck to FFE. I have no problem with the company, I make a good living and have a super relationship with the company. This guy REFUSES to follow the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Cannot stay out of accidents and cannot work with the fine folks at FFE and he wonders why he got "Fired"
