Hello we got hired by ffe transportation immediately we were team drivers.the recruiter filed out our application we started as company driver but I felt we were treated differently .we had to prove we could move load get them to final on time .We rescued loads .finally we decided to become owner operator. We were so excited and felt blessed .we have never been in any trouble or did illegal stuff.we did and complied to all safety rules.i didn't even use my phone while driving. Then the accident happened black ice on the road made my truck slide and hit a guard rail and the trailer took the impact it was the most horrifying experience ever.anyway cops came to the scene and there was no citation given to me.i spoke to safety just briefly and he told me that I was on hold pending investigation. One month went by I called several times left messages .no one returned my call then finally I was told they were letting me go.then finally David from safety called.he gave me an option to quit.i called Jeff from the owner operator program and explain that I didn't agree with safety decision and he told me to call Leo because only he could overturn the decision. I was sick could hardly hear me speak so I waited couple day .But instead called David from safety.he was very annoyed when he realized it wad me he said what ever chances you had before u just blew them .I guess because I talk to jeff.i said you guys decided to terminate me even before I got back to texas.we were never assisted or called upon after the accident that was not my fault.we were just abandoned.david was Unprofessional and rude and thought he knew it all .but could never explained how to prevent a crash concerning black ice.i have been a professional driver for 5 yrs not perfect but drive but opened to learn more about being safe .I felt like being a woman I was selectively persecution .I was rarely home .We had to have a 10 thousands in our maintenance account which should have been refunded after 45 day have not received. Who will hire me know
