Field Agent Field Agent.net Side Hustle is a Hustle, Field Agent Doesn't Pay Internet
A buddy suggested I download the Field Agent app to my phone to make a little side money. It seems straightforward. They list various "mystery shopper" type of jobs, you accept ones you want, complete and get paid. Except that last part seems to be a problem for them. On my 3rd job for them I took an audit of a Walmart store. The job paid $12.50 and had to be completed within 2 hours. 45 min later and way ahead of my 2 hour deadline I was finishing my last two questions when the app said my time had expired. That was it. There was no recourse. I wasted my time and gas and then the job wrongly expired 1:15 early. And I wasn't getting paid for it either. I contacted their joke of a support group. It took 3 tries and 4 days to get any responses and all they did was throw various and bogus stories about how I'd done something wrong and it was my fault. One was thaf I failed to complete the job within my 2 hours. I happened to have a receipt from the store that shows my checkout time as 1:15 ahead of the deadline. I sent thaf to them and they haven't said a word to me since. Meanwhile I took three other jobs from 5 days ago to yesterday. And not one has posted to the cash out option to get my pay deposited. Again I've contacted them for 5 days and they don't answer or just say they're looking into it. They owe me about $35 at the moment and I cannot get them to pay for the work I've done. I've lost money on gas and lots of time. I won't do another job for them again. They are either a scam or so utterly incompetent that it's just as bad as a scam. Avoid them. It sounds good on paper but that's the only paper you'll ever see apparently.
