Fifth Third Bank ,5th 3rd Bank overdraft charges were wired as per the vice president 1 month later another 75.00 fee because 54 cent shortage waxhaw, North Carolina
i moved my bank account and thought the account was closed ,i live 4.5 hours drive away.i received my end of month statement and it showed overdrawn as well as fees for over draw and daily fees .so i contacted the branch manager who informed me she was also the vice president .she told me what i needed to clear the debt so i wired 460.00 which is the amount she told me.;;;;;;;its now one month later i receive my bank statement from the crooks at 5th 3rd bank it states i owe 75.47 ...of course im upset because i think its closed account.;;;;;but its not and the 460.00 dollars was .54 cents short and it is accumulating fees ....when it was first charter they had people there that cared about you and the community .the manager there told me what to send to solve the overdraft i did that and then im 54 cents short so they rip me off more and more ,,,if you are smart like my mother was you get the hell away from this bank ....all their good employees left and it is just big headed vice presidents running it now
