My experience was the same story as the rest. They emailed me after a Junkyarddog.com search. I called and ordered the part. They charged my credit card and never sent the part. I called a bunch, spoke to "John the President." He said he would refund my credit card right then. Then minutes later, "Christina" called back and said that they were transferring their credit provider (or something along those lines) and that they would send me a check. I asked her to give me a date when I would receive the check by. She hesitated and said Saturday. Then I told her that if I didn't have it Saturday I would contact the local police, NY's consumer fraud center, and the FTC. She immediately hung up.
I am interested to know if the previous poster every got his credit card refunded?
I never received a check from the company but I did contact my credit card company. They credited my account and informed me that they would pursue the issue.
