I was told that in 11-14 business days after reciept of 199.00 Payment I would recieve a credit card in the mail. They took the 199.00 out of my account on 6/17 and 16 business days later I recieved a package of junk in the mail and no card. only another form to send in saying in three weeks I'll get a stored value mastercard. I tried to call and call never to reach anyone, leaving messages never getting a response. Please help me we thought this would help pay my husbands medical bills because he has cancer, but now just getting the 199.00 back would really help Bobbie Rettew
