First Capital Consumers Group dishonest chex card credit card offers ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell Buffalo New York
these people called me up and offered 2 chex card credit cards for 2500 dollars. they asked for 199 from my account. they talked fast.
when I called to cancel they said okay. two days later my account was debited. they gave out fake names and phone numbers that never answered. BUT one phone I finally got through.
this number is 416-488-0219. This number only works early in the morning or late afternoon. they gave me a fax number and address to use for a refund.
after I do this I will update on what happened. Do Not give them the benefit-of-the-doubt. think first I didn't.
