I have tried calling this company and do not get a live person. I send my payment in 10 or more days from due date, but yet they keep posting my payment after the due date so that they can collect the late fee and over the limit.
I have sent them my full balance and have written them to close my account and have not heard back from them in over 3 weeks.
I called the automated service and they have not posted my payment, but have posted the late fees.
